Signing up with PlayDate Buddy is free and easy! Simply click on the "New User
Sign-Up" button on the Home page's main menu, and you'll be directed to the New
User Sign-Up page. All you need to begin using PlayDate Buddy is your Dog's
Name, and a Display Name for your dog that you create (these can be the same,
as long as no one else has already taken the Display Name), along with your
email address, city and zip code. The password that you create must be between
8 and 16 characters in length, and must contain at least one numeric digit and
one alphabetic character, for increased security. Please take the time to read
PlayDate Buddy's Terms of Service and Privacy statements before submitting your
information. If you know that your mail client will accept email in HTML
format, you may check the box provided to receive PlayDate Buddy emails and
Dog-E-vites in HTML.
Once you have submitted your information, an email will be sent to the email
address that you provided with your log in information. This step is to ensure
that the email address is valid and belongs to the intended user. Once you
receive this email, click on the link provided, or copy and paste the link into
your browser's address bar. You will be redirected to a log in page where you
can enter the login credentials that you created. You are now logged in as an
official PlayDate Buddy User, congratulations!
